Albany,n.y. Posted October 24, 2004 Posted October 24, 2004 Yes, a second year QB can be very successful, even win a Super Bowl without playing a down his rookie year. Here are some recent success stories: Brady-won SB, Culpepper-got team to NFC championship game, Vick, & this year Leftwich. Next season JP can lead us to the Super Bowl with weapons such as Evans, McGahee, Moulds etc. Those of us calling for JP don't think he's the panacea for this year's team, but get him some snaps & he might just lead us to a championship with a few bold FA moves by TD before next year.
njsue Posted October 24, 2004 Posted October 24, 2004 Before that happens. The offensive line needs some heavy upgrading.
