Big Turk Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 Getting punched in the stomach once was enough...why do they have to continue to do it? Bills ranked as the team in the NFL most likely to relocate, followed by Vikings and 49ers...
DanInUticaTampa Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 that is a terrible list. I could see the rays move, but i don't plan on it. If they move, they will move out of st pete and actually into tampa. i don't think there is a much bigger/better city to move them to. i still think there is a better chance that the blue jays come to the states
SwampD Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 Does Forbes do anything else besides make lists that nobody agrees with?
Tortured Soul Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 Getting punched in the stomach once was enough...why do they have to continue to do it? Bills ranked as the team in the NFL most likely to relocate, followed by Vikings and 49ers... Bills are ranked 8th, by the way. The list was in reverse order. Maybe update the title to piss fewer people off.
SF Bills Fan Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 Buffalo always shows up on these lists. The idiot that put them on there has zero idea that Ralph Wilson Sadium has been updated. Rogers Centre is not "spiffier" and is too small, if anything. The listed maket size does not take into account Rochester. Someone should tell this a**hole to watch a Jags game and check out all the empty seats.
The Dean Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 Bills are ranked 8th, by the way. The list was in reverse order. Maybe update the title to piss fewer people off. How about a link, if available? Where is Jacksonville ranked?
lets_go_bills Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 That is a ridiculous list. With the lease at Qualcomm about to expire, the Chargers appear most likely to move. The Jags can't fill the stadium and tha Rams are another team that could move. As long as Ralph is around, we aren't goin anywhere. I think he's got at least 10 more years left in him.
NicholasCal1 Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 with whats been going on wall street i don't know if there would be many buyers for an nfl team.
DanInUticaTampa Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 if the list is in reverse order, buffalo should be 7th.
Tortured Soul Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 How about a link, if available? Where is Jacksonville ranked? http://www.fannation.com/si_blogs/1/posts/12822 http://www.forbes.com/home_asia/2008/10/08...1008moving.html No problem, Dean.

The Dean Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 if the list is in reverse order, buffalo should be 7th. No wonder you decided to take law courses.
Typical TBD Guy Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 I can think of FIVE teams in the NFL more likely to relocate than either the Bills, Vikings, or 49ers: Raiders Chargers Rams Saints Jaguars
DanInUticaTampa Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 haha, those two comments are crazy. all angry/sympathetic fans. i bet the author is enjoying this my favorite one "The team is about to break ground on a new stadium with a roof."
The Dean Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 I can think of FIVE teams in the NFL more likely to relocate than either the Bills, Vikings, or 49ers: Raiders Chargers Rams Saints Jaguars They list the 49ers and the Vikings as more likely than the Bills. The 49ers aren't going anywhere, IMO. Your list makes more sense.
SF Bills Fan Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 Agreed- this guy has no credibility. The Niners are the glaring example.
lets_go_bills Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 Ya know what? I think the author just gave it the article the wrong title. What it is supposed to be is: "Teams in Most Need of a New Stadium." Think about it. Now it makes sense.
olivier in france Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 Stupid list for sure. The 49ers will not move before the day the whole city of SF sinks into the Pacific. Only good idea of the whole thing: Bring back the Coyotes to Winnipeg.
Buffalo_soul-dier Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 can we just establish that forbes comes out with a list every month bashing buffalo for something? they seriously can blow me
SF Bills Fan Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 Of course when Forbes puts out a list that we should be on, we are not on it. It's comical. Did the staff at Forbes get beaten up in Buffalo? http://finance.yahoo.com/real-estate/artic...-for-Homeowners
