Fezmid
I understand Time Warner not carrying NFL Network - that's their right. However, things get really murky when a company owns channels AND the delivery mechanism. It's one of the big reasons I was in favor of HD DVD vs Blu-Ray, bceause Sony owns the movie studio, the largest stake in the format (licensing fees), and makes players. Seems like the FCC agrees: http://www.engadgethd.com/2008/10/11/the-f...the-nfl-networ/

It doesn't say they can't dump them after their contract expires.
