EZC-Boston Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 they lost me after the line where it said the big difference between Bush and McCain was that Bush was a better pilot, is this what it is like in the PPP world?
blzrul Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 they lost me after the line where it said the big difference between Bush and McCain was that Bush was a better pilot, is this what it is like in the PPP world? Only because Bush didn't crash any planes and McCain crashed five.
DC Tom Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 they lost me after the line where it said the big difference between Bush and McCain was that Bush was a better pilot, is this what it is like in the PPP world? Yep, pretty much. And McCain was probably the better combat pilot. Flying an airliner...I think I'd prefer Bush.
DC Tom Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 Only because Bush didn't crash any planes and McCain crashed five. Two. Not five. Not even four or three. Two. Even in the most permissive definition of "crash" (number of takeoffs minus number of landings), it's not five.

DC Tom Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 Bush may drink and fly At this point in his life, I'd actually trust him to fly sober. I'd be more afraid he'd be distracted by a blinking light or shiny object.
