Virgil Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 I would like to thank the 0-Line for letting us know where to put all of our attention in free agency and the draft. And Jason Peters, I would also like to thank you for costing us less money when we re-sign you for how you are actually performing. See, silver lining...
Schobel94 Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 finally, if we can keep some kind of a running game going, i think our defense can do well.
Captain Hindsight Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 This TEAM is good enough to win lets keep it up O Step it up D!
John from Riverside Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Who was it that said they wanted to see a reverse to Lee earlier in the week?
colin Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 sad how gutless our is being today. it's like we just won't blitz, and we are lost out there.
davefan66 Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Nice end around Lee. BTW, why don't they ever call the horse collar?????
bluv Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 McGee might help on a few defensive plays (no doubt) but as far as how long the offense is on the field and how fresh the defense is, Trent edwards makes all the difference. WHATEVER!!! Trent doesn't play D and JP hasn't missed but ONE pass! the D needs to step up!
BRH Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 I don't know, they didn't mention much when Trent was driven into the ground by the helmet of the Cards defender. Not saying either were dirty, but the rule still states you can't use the top of your helmet for a helmet-to-helmet hit. Wilson's hit on Edwards was a textbook helmet-to-helmet. He'd better get fined for that, and big time.
BEAST MODE BABY! Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Lee Evans is FAST And I heart Shoenert....so glad we don't have Steve calling the plays
BRH Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Nice end around Lee. BTW, why don't they ever call the horse collar????? It apparently is only for Roy Williams, since it's called the "Roy Williams Rule." Referees are entitled to ignore it otherwise, apparently.
John Adams Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Nice end around Lee. BTW, why don't they ever call the horse collar????? He grabbed his shoulder pad, not his collar. I thought it was a horse collar until I saw the reply.
Ball'n Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Anyone who says JP is playing bad at this point is an idiot. Right now we are losing because of the defense. TE is better but JP is not playing bad at this point..
Schobel94 Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 WHATEVER!!! Trent doesn't play D and JP hasn't missed but ONE pass! the D needs to step up! I am not saying that the D doesn't need to step up, I am saying that it is as much of a different game for our defense as it is for theres
Simon Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Nice end around Lee. BTW, why don't they ever call the horse collar????? Cuz he got tackled by the front of his jersey?
