Some teams, primarily the New England Patriots under head coach Bill Belichick, were notorious for playing games with their injury reports.

 

For example, from 2005 through most of the 2007 season, Belichick listed starting quarterback Tom Brady as probable with a right shoulder injury. During that time, Brady appeared in 127 straight regular-season games. For years, as well, Belichick would list players as questionable, never doubtful. He also had weeks of fun with former receiver Deion Branch's "knee ailment.""...
