Dan
Why would Manning even be on the list?
scribo
He's trailing Brees and Culter. Brees may be the best QB in football, but his 2-2 team is hapless.
In-A-Gadda-Levitre
notice these nuggets? Coach: Dick Jauron, Buffalo Bills. He has his team 4-0 and atop the AFC East. Who could have imagined that? and Comeback player: Marcus Stroud, DT, Bills. After being suspended for four games last season and playing through a bum ankle, Stroud has been a force in the middle of the Buffalo defense. They stole him from Jacksonville in a trade. buffaloboyinATL
Who is the NFL's MVP so far this season? http://www.sportsline.com/nfl He's ahead of Manning, and Tony Romo. I don't know, if we talk him up too much he'll wind up holding out next season like a certain ungrateful offensive lineman that we bestowed praise upon way before the national media recognized him. Oh never mind, I voted for him anyways.
Captain Quint
Assistant coach: Jim Schwartz, defensive coordinator, Tennessee Titans. He has the league's best defense. He's also one of the smartest coaches in the game. That adds up to impressive results. Give him a head-coaching job. Runners-up: Steve Spagnuolo, defensive coordinator, Giants; Rex Ryan, defensive coordinator, Ravens; Turk Schonert, offensive coordinator, Bills. And not to get greedy here, but Mr. April should not be overlooked.
