Guest three3 Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 yea but mcgee might play, what about mckelvin
Sen. John Blutarsky Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 I can give you a definitive "sometimes" response. No obvious rhyme or reason to it though
Sen. John Blutarsky Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 yea but mcgee might play, what about mckelvin McGee doesn't run back punts anyway, only kicks. Parrish is definetly out so Jackson and McKelvin will likely continue to split. Stop trolling for fantasy help and do actual research.
Sen. John Blutarsky Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 josh reed will return a punt this week Barring injuries to both McKelvin AND Jackson I seriously seriously doubt that. Plus, how do you pose a question about who is returning punts and then proceed to tell me who will return a punt?
Sen. John Blutarsky Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 For the record, Josh Reed has returned a total of 1 NFL punt, in 2004. He gained 7 yards. McKelvin has already retuend twice as many punts for almost 4 times as much yardage.
jarthur31 Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 Is Jackson returning punts? anyone know-officially? He was even before McGee was injured. As an aside: Does Mac still keep returning kicks now? Should he?? He's going to have his hands full studying the defense now that he's starting. If he's not, who should? Jenkins/Johnson?? Wait what other players should be activated?

marauderswr80 Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 I thought Jackson did well on punt returns........
bluenews Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 nice discussion........remember when we only had a "punt catcher" Wade Phillips is a bum! What was his father's name? Who was our "punt catcher?" Watson, I presume??
murra Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 Prior to the Rams game, USA Today actually said that we will be seeing reps between Jackson, McKelvin, and Reed returning punts. I don't have it anymore, but I promise you it said that.
Beerball Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 I thought Jackson did well on punt returns........ He had some difficulty judging distance on the first two, but he settled in well after that.
AlbanyBill Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 I'm assuming Jackson will return the lions share of punts this week with Leodis getting more reps on D- assuming mcgee is out.
