The whole mess started with the hippy-dippy socialist telling the banking industry that they have to come up with a scheme so every person....especially the poor, can have a home. It's the American dream after all. The banking industry said no way. Then they thought about it. And the rich fat cat banking industry said "waaaaaiiiit a minute, we can make chit loads of money off of this." It's rather ironic that both parties were the cause and now both are pointing fingers. A minority party member expresses an idea and the entire US financial market goes along with it. Amazing. And to think we never would have guessed it was all her fault.
