The Cincinnati Kid Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 I always wonder if any of the screen names on this board are current or old Bills players. I am not asking anyone to speak, I respect the anonymity that goes with a screen name, but I can't help but wonder. Does anyone else ever think about that? Or am I the only guy who thinks about such weird things?
PromoTheRobot Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 I wouldn't be surprised if Ruben Brown read TBD. Brad probably shows him all the positive posts about his show. PTR
Cugalabanza Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 I played for the Bills once, in a dream. Strangely, I still had to go to work at my regular job during the week. Then I would show up on Sundays for the games. I was a back-up WR. I remember being nervous about having to go into the game because I didn't really know the playbook. But then somehow I scored a game-winning TD. And all of a sudden William Hurt, the actor, was the head coach and he was telling me how great I was.
LongLiveRalph Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 My handle is because Mr. Wilson gave me 5 years-$25 million after playing just one game as a backup in Jacksonville!!! It was a pretty sweet deal.
Buffalo_soul-dier Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 my alter ego is used to go by the name Kelso

scribo Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 I'm actually Mark Brammer! Hmm. Brammer was never in the military and I doubt he likes the White Stripes.
Bullpen Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 Hmm. Brammer was never in the military and I doubt he likes the White Stripes. He... err I mean, I was too in the military Civil Air Patrol , and I only like a couple songs by the White Stripes.
Cugalabanza Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 I'm actually Capt. Quint. My Dad still talks about your game-winning drop kick from '61 versus the Tidewater Hootenannies.
kegtapr Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 I'm Bruce Smith, can someone give me a ride home?
Bill from NYC Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 These replies are funny, but I wouldn't be even a little surprised if this board is frequented by players, as well other famous people. Writers have been using quotes on this board for years. This is a big site, and there are some very informed posters here. My daughter has a little blog that she recently started. She wrote an article about the possibility of female priests and it was printed the next day in the Boston Globe. She gets hits from as far away as Iceland. Hey....people surf the web. Anyway, yes, I think we get tons of hits from players/celebs, and I compliment SDS for keeping it on the down low.
Steely Dan Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 somebody say buffett? Yeah, Mike Williams. I'm Lonnie Johnson.
