don't see kelsay getting props here after making a big play on the sack/forced fumble......he avoided a cut block and i know it's cliche, but he showed excellent hustle to keep with the play and timed his swat perfectly..........that turnover set the bills up deep in raider territory for their 1st TD

 

he then came back the next series and knocked down a ball on 3rd and short while dropping in coverage on a zone blitz

 

people love to complain about his contract (even though it isn't that obscene for a starting DE) but he has stepped up his play this year and been very effective......the presence of stroud in the middle has made things a LOT easier on him

and yeah, so far, kelsay is not the same idiot we saw last year who liked to hug QB's a lot.

It was a huge play and he made some stops on the run as well. I have been critical of him in the past and thought he played great today. Youboty aslo made a huge stop when we needed to get the ball back late.
