JPicc2114
Props to the Bulls.. they played hard against a good Mizzou team. Since im a tigers fan, I had a hard time rooting against a team that has a name so similar to my beloved Bills.
eball
They won me a few $$. Couldn't resist the +35 line. Gambling aside, I was glad to see them put up a decent fight, only down 27-21 until 1:00 to go in the 3rd...
PromoTheRobot
They could have punched in one more TD at the end at the 3yd line. Conversely, Mizzou also could have taken an interception on the games last play to the house but stepped out of bounds instead. Hats off to the Tigers for not rubbing UB's nose in it. These games give me an idea where UB is as a program. They are much improved but they are still a middle-of-the-pack MAC squad. Gill is a great coach but at some point lack of talent starts holding you back. UB has to start signing rated recruits or they won't get any better. Much depends if Gill sticks around after this year. This is QB Drew Willy's senior year. They will also lose several key seniors. I have no idea what sort of players they have to step in next year. It could be a tougher year at UB in 2009 having to retool. PTR
