Rubes Posted October 22, 2004 Posted October 22, 2004 Like others have said before, we lose this game and we're 1-5 with 5 conference losses, 3 outside the division. That pretty much means you can kiss the playoffs bye-bye. Hopefully this team has some sense of that and plays lights out. They still have a lot to prove, especially on the road. If they fall flat on their faces against the Ravens this week, that will say a lot to me, and not just that the Ravens are a decent team.
_BiB_ Posted October 22, 2004 Posted October 22, 2004 I thought they looked pretty desperate every week. Oh, you mean in a positive way. I don't see any reason that they can't beat the Ravens. Realistically, I see them as pretty evenly matched and actually give us the edge in offense. Like him or not, Bledsoe can still launch it and we have two pretty good backs. Plus, if you ever spend much time around Baltimore you'll learn to hate the Ravens. When we first moved there, went looking for a "Sports Bar". Found one. 30 TV's....all playing the Ravens game. Ended up spending a lot of Sundays at the ESPN zone.

jester43 Posted October 23, 2004 Posted October 23, 2004 i suppose we could win...but i am really just praying we score a touchdown before the outcome is decided. and why am i afraid kyle boller is about to look like the 2nd coming of joe montana running the 2 minute offense...?
