Big Turk
People were hoping for a middle of the pack D this year, but it is looking like a potentially elite D...I know its early, but you can already see a huge difference from the last few years... Currently we are ranked 5th behind Baltimore, Tennessee, NYG, and Pittsburgh. We are also tied for the NFL with 15 passes defensed.... Offense ranked 16th currently, a huge improvement from basically dead last... All around, Bills are looking much much better than last year.... Typical TBD Guy
Better yet, the Bills D ranks 2nd in the NFL for third down conversion percentage (18%) . The Ravens - who have only played 1 game this year - sit at #1 with 15%. Evidently, Stroud + Posluszny + Mitchell + Simpson = big improvement. Too bad we couldn't also have last year's leading tackler, Crowell, in place of Ellison.

Ellison helps us on 3rd down with his superior coverage skills, and he also will be a big help with fast backs who break it to the outside.
