Lv-Bills Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 When will someone learn to just do the damn anthem correctly. Course, not like Lou Piccone lit it up at the Ralph at the opener.
DanInSouthBuffalo Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 What the F was that?! Who the F was that?! I was in the other room and I thought my TV was dying. That was another Rosanne Barr-like moment. I was hoping a shot would ring out at the end.
Beerball Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 Who was it? An international pop sensation, at least I think that's how she was introduced. That was horrible.
Lv-Bills Posted September 16, 2008 Author Posted September 16, 2008 What the F was that?! Who the F was that?! I was in the other room and I thought my TV was dying. That was another Rosanne Barr-like moment. I was hoping a shot would ring out at the end. And the funny thing is.....she actually thought she was nailing it. She was moving around like an idiot thinking people were liking it. Unreal. The ESPN guys avoided it like the plague. LMAO JEEEEZ
DanInSouthBuffalo Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 A search reveals the name "Kat Deluna".
Shamrock Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 When will someone learn to just do the damn anthem correctly. Course, not like Lou Piccone lit it up at the Ralph at the opener. May be it was the Uzbekistan national anthem...
Not the real Gale Gilbert Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 What the F was that?! Who the F was that?! I was in the other room and I thought my TV was dying. That was another Rosanne Barr-like moment. I was hoping a shot would ring out at the end. At least Roseanne didn't try to ornament each note. That was bad. She ain't a pop star no more. 72 yards to Owens. Beautiful throw.
twist_to_open Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 Gotta give the crowd credit in voicing they're displeasure.
Cal Bill's Fan Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 piccone? now there's a name I hadn't heard in a long time.
Just Jack Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 Course, not like Lou Piccone lit it up at the Ralph at the opener. It was like 'how fast can I get this done' when he sang.
ieatcrayonz Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 Yeah, the booing was funny. Dallas proved again that they have one of the best groups of fans in the NFL. I bet everyone respects them even more after the booing of the horrible singing. The woman disrespected the song and by extension the country. I'm glad the great fans gave her what she deserved. I'm not sure any other franchise's fans would have been as attentive.
elcrusho Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 She sounded nothing like she does on the radio hahaha I said even before she was done, wow she's terrible...
stephenjames716 Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 I'm glad they booed her, her take on the anthem was a disgrace. That, along with the 8 lbs. of make up she had on her face.
the_franchise Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 watching from out on the deck, i thought it was actually Tila Tequila. And it was pretty horrible.I think it might have been the worse I have ever heard. When Maurice Cheeks helped that little girl finish it a while back, that was even better that this disaster.
