merlin
There are 2 articles about yesterday's game (linked on TBD), I think both from the Buffalo News, that differ in pointing out which special teams player was the one called from the illegal block that caused one of Roscoe's 30+ yard punt returns to get called back. Was it Whitner or Ellison? Just curious. The article that mentioned Whitner said it was a pretty questionable call. That's why I wondered if maybe it wasn't even his block that was called. In any case, glad it didn't wind up costing the Bills in the end. GO BILLS!

Beerball
Damn, I thought it was Costanzo.
Coach Tuesday
Was Corto, and was definitely illegal. And unnecessary, as the guy being blocked wouldn't have made the tackle. Corto also had a chance to grab the onside kick. Not his best performance yesterday...
BarkLessWagMore
Actually, it was Ellison (confirmed by the play-by-play at nfl.com). Corto's penalty was for a late hit on a Buffalo punt later in the game.
lets_go_bills
Corto's penalty was on a different play. And it was off-set by a Jags penalty on the same play. I'm not sure who it was on, but it wasn't Corto.
