Bullpen Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 It's really funny because the villagers (at least where I was) were already gathering wood to light and storm the castle had the refs not GIVEN them the win. I'm telling you in front-runner town west (Bahstin of course being front-runner town east) they will turn on someone faster than you can say Brian Griese and Jake Plummer (need an example look at the Nuggets, Rockies or Avs).
Marv Levy Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 DEN should have never even had the opportunity. CUTLER FUMBLED before the TD and should have gave SD the win. Still it was a hellova call to go for the win on the two pt conversion.
BuffOrange Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 Elsewhere, Romeo is evidently more interested in covering the 6pt spread than winning the game.

Bullpen Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 No Schit. What was that all about? down by 7, 3 minutes left and you kick a FG? What? You think the NFL isn't on the up-and-up?
Dan Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 What? You think the NFL isn't on the up-and-up? Well, all you had to do was watch that Denver game if you had any doubts.
LabattBlue Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 Shanahan has one of the biggest egos in football. I wanted so badly for them to miss the 2 point conversion so that he would get crucified in the media. Dumbest call by a coach that I have seen in years. You always kick the point to tie in the NFL.
