AJ1 Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 Peters, Walker, Dockery on the left side. Any takers? ( I know Dockery's a guard ). Or is this an illegal formation?
bills_red Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 Have Peters/#3 OT come in as a TE and run the ball is what I think you mean

bills_red Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 Yeah, but would he need a different number? no just report to the ref
BillsWatch Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 IF JP is active and starting better to have Chambers take Langston's place, Langston take JP's place and have JP play TE/6th lineman.
silvermike Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 Given Peters' catching ability, it seems worthwhile to have a few plays this season where he lines up there outside of Chambers or Walker and either just power blocks or is a decoy - or goes out for a pass.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if they did this next week. Peters can catch too. However, I think they brought in Hardy to do the pass-catching TDs in the red zone. Peters making a play would be funny, but Hardy making a play is probably better for this team right now. We have to get him going sooner or later.
Tsaikotic Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 hmmm...depending on where you used it , the defense would have to wonder if Buffalo was trying to do a power run to the left or a screen of some kind in a pass play...wonder if Peters and Walker have to agility to do a pull on that type of setup..show big on left and pull right..hmm
