davefan66 Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 Hate to say, I see at least 10 games. They just seem to handle adversity very well. Hope I'm wrong.
Realist Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 I voted 7-9, but I think its going to be 9 or 10. Brady is a great QB, but NE* does have a pretty good team out there. If Cassel can just be a decent manager and not make the big mistake, NE* is still a playoff contender.
Guffalo Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 For thjis season it is safe to say that all of their wins will be without Brady, I think 9-10

We do have an easy schedule ( AFC East does ) but our division is harder now with the addition of Favre and an improved Buffalo Bills team. I'm guessing 8-8. I could be wrong, but I don't think the Patriots can beat the Bills or Jets without Tom Brady.
Captain Hindsight Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 I said 10 If cassel can manage like he did on sunday this is still a good team, i wont count them out til we beat them twice
lets_go_bills Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 Their D is not quite what it once was. And I just think that without Brady there to lead with those fourth quarter heroics , they don't have much of a chance. It all hinges on Cassel, and I think teams will stack up against the run and dare him to beat them. And I think they could only win nine games, tops.

JujuFish Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 I think 10 wins. They've got the benefit of the easiest schedule in the league. That probably means a wild card spot at least.
