gobillsinytown Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 I guess they started teaching that after Wilfork's cheap shot on JP last year. What a freaking hypocrit. He said he will let the league decide if it was a cheap shot but it is not the way he teaches his team to hit. .......and then we all laughed and laughed...........
Britbillsfan Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 I heard the NFL ruled it a clean hit. I'll search for a link. No, he was fined. The first of four fines for dirty play that young man of character (*ahem*) collected last season (if memory serves). I also remember many thinking he got off lightly. http://www.bostonherald.com/sports/footbal...ticleid=1034674
Sisyphean Bills Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 Throwing elbows at the opponent is common in MMA ... oh wait, never mind.
Beerball Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 Yeah, but he didn't mention that hit was clearly below the knee and intentional AND done by one of his players well after the ball had left the QBs hand. The prime definition of HYPOCRITE.
