PastaJoe Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Have you watched that woman lately? Jeebus Maree and Giuseppe, man. She's an anchor in name only. Does anybody watch her? Maybe that's why McCain chose her, he knew nobody would notice.
JK2000 Posted September 4, 2008 Author Posted September 4, 2008 Yeah. Nice, I always hated how the candidates were forbidden from communicating.
Chilly Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Nice, I always hated how the candidates were forbidden from communicating. It's largely because the CPD is a joke. There was a good piece written by Condoleeza about the 2004 debates sponsored by the CPD, and the various rules and regulations. Essentially, the two major parties are locking third party candidates out of the debates.
DC Tom Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 This should be interesting! This might actually be the one time O'Reilly's worth watching. I hope Barack's had his shots.
PastaJoe Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 This might actually be the one time O'Reilly's worth watching. I hope Barack's had his shots. Why, has Bill been putting his loofa where it doesn't belong again?
swede316 Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 Watched the first part of the interview....O'reilly is tough on him...and Obama finally admits the surge is "working beyond our wildest dreams"....I give Barack credit...He hangs tough. Should be a good interview in whole. http://www.foxnews.com/video2/video08.html...ww.foxnews.com/

I was wondering where this interview was made, this is one curious photo hanging on the wall they have... (what is is? a power plant by night?)

I was wondering where this interview was made, this is one curious photo hanging on the wall they have... (what is is? a power plan by night?) yea..Looks like a cheap hotel room or something. And some uncomfortable chairs too.
JK2000 Posted September 5, 2008 Author Posted September 5, 2008 I hate how O'Reilly is dragging this out for ratings like he did with the Howard Stern interview.
GG Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 I hate how O'Reilly is dragging this out for ratings like he did with the Howard Stern interview. This was done for ratings in the first week of Sept, before the new TV season starts? Ok, genius.
JK2000 Posted September 5, 2008 Author Posted September 5, 2008 This was done for ratings in the first week of Sept, before the new TV season starts? Ok, genius. You really believe that O'Reilly has split the interview into 4 parts for any reason other than getting people to tune in 4 separate nights? By the way I'm not criticizing him for doing it, it's smart on his behalf. It's just annoying.

By the way I'm not criticizing him for doing it, it's smart on his behalf. It's just annoying. And by the way if Obama has said important things in the rest of the interview as O 'Reilly announces it, it's almost a professional fault as a journalist to keep it secret till Monday...
JK2000 Posted September 5, 2008 Author Posted September 5, 2008 And by the way if Obama has said important things in the rest of the interview as O 'Reilly announces it, it's almost a professional fault as a journalist to keep it secret till Monday... He said that he asked him about Ayers and Rezko and that Obama didn't dodge the questions.
Max Fischer Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 Riiiight. When's the last time you saw Obama NOT in front of a teleprompter? I'll remind you. It's when he spoke wot Rick Warren and performed MISERABLY.O'Reilly's gonna eat that empty suit for lunch. Round 1: Obama
blzrul Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 And by the way if Obama has said important things in the rest of the interview as O 'Reilly announces it, it's almost a professional fault as a journalist to keep it secret till Monday... Whoever said O'Reilly was a professional journalist?
DC Tom Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 Whoever said O'Reilly was a professional journalist? Wacka. What are you disputing? "Professional"? Or "journalist"? Or both?
drnykterstein Posted September 6, 2008 Posted September 6, 2008 JoeSixPack, from reading your comments in this thread.. you certainly live up to your name.
Wacka Posted September 6, 2008 Posted September 6, 2008 Wacka. What are you disputing? "Professional"? Or "journalist"? Or both? I have never said anything about him as I can remember. He's pretty much of a blowhard.
