What is wrong with people

Back in high school, the rule was the cheerleaders could wear their outfits to class as long as they wore sweat pants underneath the skirts. These were the pleated skirts of the 80s, not the tight ones most cheerleaders seem to wear now.

Really, I didn't think anything of it. If you wanted to see the girls in their short skirts, you went to the games.

I think that was the rule at our HS as well - some sort of sweatpants or tights underneath the skirt - but I do remember a couple of the early-season games when the weather was still warm where the girls would wear just the skirts to class. Sadly their skirts weren't so short as to cause controversy...

Our cheerleaders were able to wear their uniforms on game days without any sweat pants they were mid knee skirts. The rumor was that one of the cheerleaders, we'll call her Shirley Cummings, didn't wear panties under skirt. One friend really wanted to find out if that was true. I suggested he just push her down, of course that was a joke and it was never taken seriously but that would have answered the question. :nana:
