Helluva Good bacon horseradish chip dip!

Friggin awesome dip

While we're on the topic of dip....pick up:

- Can of Hormel Chili (No Beans)

- Brick of Philly Cream Cheese

- A block of Jalapeno cheese (or some other variety you like)

- Bag of Frito Scoops

Shred the cheese (or buy pre-shredded). In a pie dish (or a pyrex dish that can go in the oven) spread the softened cream cheese across the bottom. Dump the can of chili on top of that and spread. Top with cheese. Put in oven till the cheese melts. Scoop away. Thank me later.

Hehe, ya my eating habbits don't fit in much around here. Grilled vegetables, tofu, pasta, fruit and smoothies (with protien!).

But I'm telling you Wegmans has the best hummus of anywhere I've ever been.

I highly recommend Bertolli bag dinners. They cost about $6 and serve 2-3. As good as restaurant pasta and they heat up in about 10 minutes.

Any Progresso canned soup. Throw in a microwave-safe container and zap it for 2 minutes.

Stouffer's or Lean Cuisine microwave panninis are good for a quick lunch.

Frozen waffles are a must have. Quick handy breakfast and they make a tasty sandwich, just add ham & cheese.

Remember to eat healthy. Buy bags of pre-washed Spring Mix greens, grape tomatoes, and baby carrots. Quick easy salads. Avoid calorie-rich dressings. Use flavored vinegars and olive oil instead. I'm partial to seasoned rice wine vinegar.

Bon Apetit.
