buckeyemike
Town called Primm, Nevada...right on the California-Nevada border. The place is called Buffalo Bill's Casino and Resort. The new Vegas airport is being planned nearby, so expect that area to explode in population in coming years.

buckeyemike
Awesome place. I stop there every time I drive to Las Vegas. I'd love to see it too...if I ever get to Vegas. I think that area (south of Vegas to the California state line) will grow by leaps and bounds in the next 50 years. Whoops, I said that earlier, didn't I? Should've bought land out there 15 years ago. Oh well.
sweetbaboo
property values in the vegas area have been freefalling for the last 2 years. A friend of mine in the Navy bought property out there nearly a decade ago and had to sell it for a 25% loss.
