Guffalo
Ouch, reminds me of the time we were at my sons' wrestling match. One of the kids was getting housed, wanted off the mat, but was encouraged to continue, the opponent locked up and the kids elbow was completely dislocated, kid was in incredible pain. No medical people came out, just a trainer with a bandage bag, the coach started to try to calm him down, my wife (a Emergency room Nurse practitioner) went in to help and was able to reset the kids arm (grab thumb, rotate inward, and bring wrist to shoulder). The kid stopped crying immediately, I was stunned, the coach said to have Mom take the kid in. Wife said, put him in an ambulance, there are arteries and nerve endings that transvers thriough that area, strap him up, with the wrist against the shoulder and take the ambulance. The coach actually looked at her like she was nagging.

VABills
I like how they brought out boards to block the view from everyone. Of course the fact that he was on the ground twitching in pain right afterwards should give you an idea of how much it hurt.
