PNW_Bills_Fan
How did he look? I am on the west coast and do not have the NFL network.
Huuuge Bills
I can remember clearly one big hit he had on the sideline. Other than that nothing special.
Lofton80
I thought he played well. Great on special teams perticularly kickoff coverage. Forces the run well. He stood out to me tonight. One of the few db's who could make a tackle.
2003
How did he look? I am on the west coast and do not have the NFL network. Wendling looked pretty good. The guy really packs a punch when he tackles. He was nothing special on pass defense, but he did have one big hit.

NorCal Aaron
Sounds like Coy Wire reincarnated. We know Wendling can go 6 feet vertical, but can he leap from a swimming pool while brandishing ass antlers?
Mark Vader
We know Wendling can go 6 feet vertical, but can he leap from a swimming pool while brandishing ass antlers? Speaking of Wendling's vertical leap, did any of you notice Wendling on the Skins' first extra point attempt? Wendling lined up over the Center, and at the snap of the ball he jumped right over the Center in an attempt to block the XP. He had no chance but it was a good leap. As for the rest of his play, he did'nt really make any spectacular plays, but he was all over the field. I like his hustle and his aggresiveness. DanInSouthBuffalo
He's becoming a very good special teams player but I'm not sure he can cover anyone as a safety. It looks like he's improved his tackling technique too.
