maddog Posted October 20, 2004 Posted October 20, 2004 I saw today that the Cowboys dealt Antonio Bryant to the Browns for Quincy Morgan. It seems to be a good deal for Cleveland. You wonder if Dallas would have considered Josh Reed equal value to Morgan and if so, would the Bills have considered such a move (Reed for Bryant). Both Reed and Morgan were 2nd round picks (Reed in 2002 and Morgan in 2001) and have similar career statistics. They are different types of receivers though as Morgan is more of a down the field receiver and Reed is an underneath, possession receiver. Just a thought.
CJPearl2 Posted October 20, 2004 Posted October 20, 2004 Are you high? Reed is terrible. Why would the Tune want him. I think Bryant has tremendous talent - but always had a bad attitude (see Pitt)
MadBuffaloDisease Posted October 20, 2004 Posted October 20, 2004 I doubt the Cowboys would have traded for Reed. Not with the way he's been playing this year.
maddog Posted October 20, 2004 Author Posted October 20, 2004 That's why I think it's a great deal for Cleveland. Quincy Morgan is nothing special.
