millbank Posted October 20, 2004 Author Posted October 20, 2004 SOB! WTF! That would normally be a freaking homerun. Posada got robbed from the wind! Damn it! 76690 That goes for both teams, Yankees are a smart team moving runners along and scoring runs, better the wind knocks down some of these rather have mannys and ortiz hits be long outs or singles.....
Mike32282 Posted October 20, 2004 Posted October 20, 2004 BTW...did you hear that the poor injured pitcher isn't even wearing those special made high tops?
millbank Posted October 20, 2004 Author Posted October 20, 2004 BTW...did you hear that the poor injured pitcher isn't even wearing those special made high tops? 76695 Of course they will be putting the palm leaves all along Tremont street..

BF_in_Indiana Posted October 20, 2004 Posted October 20, 2004 I was thinking the same thing. 76720 Why the hell would I be nervous over something I can't control???? I don't swing the bat, throw the ball, make the catch........I can't do anything about it, either they win or they lose, that simple. Oh yeah, and deep down I think we are going to win.
Mike32282 Posted October 20, 2004 Posted October 20, 2004 John was on crutches, but is off them now, he is improving but not ready to play, doesnt sound good.
