That means you can party 4 hours up to kickoff and after the final hour... But, during the game you have to leave the lots. Just wondering what everybody's thoughts on this is? How would something like this effect the Bills? I take probably not as bad seeing that the Ralph isn't sold out all the time and not in a conjested area. IMO, stuff like this is just the ongoing assualt at the average Joe... Maybe not everybody in the family can afford to be in the stadium...
