Tuesday, August 05, 2008 A Syracuse woman was accused Sunday of stealing Trojan condoms and gel from the Price Chopper on Erie Boulevard East, according to police reports. A loss prevention officer, Ryan Eiffe, watched the woman pass the checkouts before confronting her in the parking lot. Inside her cart, Eiffe found three packs of Trojan condoms and gel valued at $40.96, according to police reports. Jennifer T.
