bills44 Posted August 3, 2008 Posted August 3, 2008 Peterson and Taylor against an aging DL that lost Corey Williams, it might not even matter if Tarvaris is the starter or not. Also might not matter whether Rodgers or Lord Brett (not the 2005, 2006 or 2007 NFCCG versions, either) is the starter for GB, either....
VOR Posted August 3, 2008 Posted August 3, 2008 Also might not matter whether Rodgers or Lord Brett (not the 2005, 2006 or 2007 NFCCG versions, either) is the starter for GB, either.... Odds are it means a lot more for the Packers than the Vikes.
Lori Posted August 3, 2008 Posted August 3, 2008 There was a great stat related to this: Since Brett Favre became the Green Bay starting QB, the Bears have started something like 28 players at QB (forgive me, I can't recall the actual number, but it was in that neighborhood.) The count was 20 when the Bills played the Packers in 2006, and I'm sure the Bears have added a couple more since then.
bills44 Posted August 3, 2008 Posted August 3, 2008 Looks like Lord Brett's whining and pouting may have won out: http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3517219
