Jimmy's incompetance was problamatic, but mix his incompetance with GW's brand, and his dishonesty and lack of integrity, and you have the formula for the worst president in history...don't worry though, after the Dems fall from grace in another 8 years or so, and the swing back to the right is full, GW will be hailed as a visionary...it worked for Reagan.
