erynthered Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 Interesting. http://blogs.usatoday.com/gameon/2008/07/r...to-nfl-jud.html
apuszczalowski Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 And how does he plan on coming up with the money? It says the contract he is on is paying him $300 million, and he ahs no debt, so unless he also has about 2-3 times that amount in the bank/invested, I think he might want to focus on the Blues or the Cardinals first, then move up to the Rams
Chandler#81 Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 It's the Oxy Contin! Makes you do strange things..

That $300M contract expires next year and he just signed a $400M contract. Throw in a few good investments and he likely could do it.

KD in CA Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 Oh this would be more fun than Stenibrenner and Cuban put together!! Go Rush!!

When you've got that kind of bread all you have to do is rub it together and watch it multiply!
erynthered Posted July 29, 2008 Author Posted July 29, 2008 Oh this would be more fun than Stenibrenner and Cuban put together!! Go Rush!! Mr. Snerdley would make a great GM.
MattyT Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 I heard he was mis-quoted. He actually said that he was considering going to St. Louis to buy a few grams.
PromoTheRobot Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 He's on the RNC payroll. I don't think money is an issue. PTR
Fingon Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 He could easily take out some loans for the team. It's not a big issue.
Dr. K Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 Maybe he can pick up Donovan McNabb to play QB. Lots of African-American players going to love playing for Limbaugh.
Buftex Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 Chuck Knox, Dan Reeves and Marty Shcottenheimer could be his coaches!

The fact that a blowhard demagogue hypocrite who spews an unending stream of innuendo-laced effluvium couched in moral outrage and self-righteousness can make that kind of money is undeniable proof that a huge percentage of the people living in this country aren't even as smart as their own dogs.

Marv Levy Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 It's the Oxy Contin! Makes you do strange things.. HA HA!!
NorthWesternBill Posted July 30, 2008 Posted July 30, 2008 I heard he was mis-quoted. He actually said that he was considering going to St. Louis to buy a few grams. Sound clip confirmed, he DID say grams.
bobblehead Posted July 30, 2008 Posted July 30, 2008 Considering his affinity for black players, I would prefer that he bought the Jets.
Fewell733 Posted July 30, 2008 Posted July 30, 2008 maybe Oprah would be interested in keeping the Bills in Buffalo. It would make for powerful television.
