I would expect all hell to break loose. Not the kind of behavior you would expect given the nature of the job. Some poor bastard falls asleep when he has to clean the johns they'd bust him. These guys are officers so they'll get something less. Once you get above colonel they give you a medal and promote you. Gates made some huge moves recently in holding top brass accountable...hope he keeps it up.
