Golden Wheels Posted July 18, 2008 Share Posted July 18, 2008 After he was arrested for having 202 oxy pills in his possession, Nick Kaczur told NY state police he bought them from a Boston area dealer named Danny. But Kaczur was stopped on the Thruway on the way back from his hometown of Brantford, Ontario when the cops found him with the pills imprinted on one side with "CDN" -- meaning they were made in Canada. Will he get charged with smuggling illegal drugs into the country? It doesn't look like he will. The Oneida DA said they could only charge him with possession -- it was up to the Feds to charge him. And the Feds have not acted or commented on the case. Hmmmm.........
