Mike32282 Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 Are you kidding me???? Nice hit, but that wall cost us a run. 75344 at least one. I could see both runners trying to get to home.
CosmicBills Posted October 19, 2004 Author Posted October 19, 2004 Game 6 in NYC here we go. Mo can't go 3, so who the hell do the Yanks pitch after he gets out of this inning? And yes, Mo will get the Yanks to the 10th.
Mike32282 Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 Okay, now i'm going to say it. The baseball gods want Boston to win this game. That ground rule double bouncing into the crowd helps me to believe that. :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: Boston!

That ground rule double bouncing into the crowd helps me to believe that. What about THIS NON-RUN that cost the sox a run? Game should be over. Lucky bounce isn't as bad as a blown call.

Lucky bounce isn't as bad as a blown call. 75350 Sorry, look closer and see how the mitt is squeezed together, I see air between them. Follow the shape of the mitt from the pinky on up... Don't know what that white band is at the pocket... still not touching the light color shirt... There is brown in between the two. ??

Lucky bounce isn't as bad as a blown call. 75350 You can't convince me. It was not a blown call. He was out. Didn't you see that his glove didn't even make a wrinkle in Cairo's shirt?
CosmicBills Posted October 19, 2004 Author Posted October 19, 2004 Alright, so the Yanks will score in this inning. But who the hell do the Yanks pitch???
gmac17 Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 You can't convince me. It was not a blown call. He was out. I'm an expert in these sort of things. You're wrong.

CosmicBills Posted October 19, 2004 Author Posted October 19, 2004 Oh jesus, Heredia is warming. Joe is packing it in. lol
ExiledInIllinois Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 Felix Heredia? EEK! 75367 Just when I thought the Yanks had a "stiff" doing something in this series... They have come back to surprise me. My gut feeling? I don't know what to think. I still give the edge to the BoSox with last ups and all. Oh, well.

The Yanks need to save arms for tomorrow night. Put Heredia in and let him serve up a HR.

You need to have some good relievers ready for emergency tomorrow with Lieber pitching. Let's hope he has his stuff again. I want to see this end tomorrow with another crappy game by Schilling.
ExiledInIllinois Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 Can you feel the heat Bankee fans? 75376 Yes!!! Different in the Bronx. I still like seeing a good series and the I am glad the Sox didn't lay down!
CosmicBills Posted October 19, 2004 Author Posted October 19, 2004 Can you feel the heat Bankee fans? 75376 Of course. I said after the Sox won last night I think they are going to take this series. The Yanks are inventing ways to lose right now. I hope I'm wrong, but the Sox table is set.
