gantrules Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 Who is better??? Do I dare say that McNabb/Owens/Westbrook/LJSmith > Brady/comittee/Dillon/Fauria-Graham? Naw, I couldn't do that it would be disrespectful to the 20 game winning streak of the Pats. If they played today I'd pick the Eagles.

Which truly makes them the best team in the NFL now.

Do I dare say that McNabb/Owens/Westbrook/LJSmith > Brady/comittee/Dillon/Fauria-Graham? 74714 I would agree with that; but I think NE is better on defense. So far the young corners for Philly are holding up, but I'd like to see how they play when they're not up by 14 pts in the 1st half. Last year the Eagles' run D was a big weakness, and so far teams haven't been able to exploit that this year because they've gotten such huge leads. We know NE can play from behind and with the lead. Plus Andy Reid gets pass-happy too much.
Like A Mofo Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 NE is the SB Champs, and are better till proven otherwise
boomerjamhead Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 To hell with both of them, Denver is the best team in football right now.
Rico Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 Until the Eagles can actually win an NFC Championship game, I gotta take the Pats.
Like A Mofo Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 Depends on who the refs like more. 74796 Well we know who that will be.
