Beerball
For now, all we can say with any conviction about Edwards is that, beginning his second offseason with the Bills and his first as their starter, he seems ready to lead. He seems ready to be the type of quarterback the team desperately needs to improve on last year's 7-9 finish and fulfill widespread hopes that, with a fairly solid core and some key additions through free agency and the draft, the Bills have the makings of a playoff team. linkage

Realist
Very good article. I wouldn't mind if the offense was as explosive as the old Cincinnati offenses back when they were reaching the Superbowl.

eball
Nothin? I thought this was a pretty good article. I don't know that it had its own thread devoted to it, but I definitely remember seeing the link yesterday and some posts referencing it. In other words -- old news, my man. Mark Long Beach
He talks the part; now walk it I think that's what it all boils down to. I think that underwhelming QB play has been a big factor in our poor run this decade. (IMO combined with poor OCs) So far nobody has managed to step up and definitively seize the position. It's all been unrealized potential. I hope that TE can walk it.
