PromoTheRobot Posted June 23, 2008 Share Posted June 23, 2008 My daughter is looking for a change in majors. She is creative, crafty and good with her hands, so I suggested being a Dental Technician. I just assumed the pay would be decent, most health related fields are. But when I visited NADL.org (an industry site) they said most techs are paid between $10-$12 hourly, and the 25% who are salaried get between $20-$30k. That sounds awfully lame when you consider Dental Hygienists make $50k. Can anyone here give me the lowdown on a carer in Dental Tech? PTR Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
