buckeyemike Posted June 19, 2008 Share Posted June 19, 2008 I'm not much for reality TV (most of it sucks), but since this is done by the guy who created "Deadliest Catch", I thought I would give it a try. This show is excellent. Three oil rigs in West Texas have 50 days to strike oil. It really shows how much work has to be done just to attempt to strike oil, as well as how dangerous the work is. The Avenger Posted June 19, 2008 Share Posted June 19, 2008 I saw it and thought it was pretty good, but I'd wish they had spent a bit more time educating us on what they were doing and how they were doing it - as somebody who knows nothing about oil rigs and drilling I was a bit lost and I'm not sure how much the general public knows about the process, either.
