CosmicBills Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 Almost game time. Here's to another fun and exciting game!
Ramius Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 As crazy as this sounds, the Sox arent that far out of it...obviously they'd hafta win tonite, but then pedro and Schilling in games 5 and 6...i'd still be worried if i was the Yanks...just an interesting thought...
CosmicBills Posted October 18, 2004 Author Posted October 18, 2004 Schill can't go in game 6. Already announced.
millbank Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 John Olerud will not be playing tonight because of his foot injury..... greetings tgreg
CosmicBills Posted October 18, 2004 Author Posted October 18, 2004 Greetings Millbank. Â That is certainly a loss that we will have to deal with. But Tony knows the lay of the land pretty well and hits well in Fenway. So hopefully it won't be that big.

gantrules Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 Go Braves...... Â Aw crap I thought it was April.
Campy Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 Not a baseball fan, so be patient... Is this one of the wildcard series that MLB started doing, or is a LCS?

CosmicBills Posted October 18, 2004 Author Posted October 18, 2004 Lowe looks sharp, that was the fastest inning yet. Wow, listen to the crowd. lol.

CosmicBills Posted October 18, 2004 Author Posted October 18, 2004 Many are likely pleased from Patriot win...... and have some lubrication in them.... 73542[/snapback]  Hahaha, good point:) That and I think it was a bit of a sarcastic cheer since they couldn't get anyone out last night.  Great play by Arod.
Like A Mofo Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 I wont count the Sox out till the series is over...not with that kind of lineup and they do have a lot of heart... Â GO YANKEES!!!
millbank Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 last pitch 56 miles hr.. he wants careful with these guys.... Red Sox kind of inning already 19 pitches

But last nights fiasco really shook up the Sox rotation. It makes games 5,6,7 very difficult.
EZC-Boston Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 I was just down near Fenway, pretty calm/depressed crowd, not very surprising but I thought I'd give a report. Traffic wasn't even that bad.
CosmicBills Posted October 18, 2004 Author Posted October 18, 2004 big K by El Duque. He looks alright, he was just too cautious with Manny and Ortiz, but thats fine by me
