Astrobot Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 One of the Fox Pregame Announcers wondered if the Bills-Fins would have more punts than points. They had a good laugh over it. Here you go, Fox: Bills 3 punts. BTW, Moorman had a 53 yard average on those. Fins, 5 punts. Turk's 37 yard average included one for 67 with the wind. Did we score more than 8 points? Huh? Did we, punks? Hah?
Thurman's Helmet Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 I know you are a homer but that game was unwatchable it was so piss-poor.
Bill from NYC Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 I know you are a homer but that game was unwatchable it was so piss-poor. 73437[/snapback] Stop. The Bills won a game that they were supposed to win. We had a pass rush, and MaGahee made a fine debut as a starter. The OL even played well against a decent defense. Let us have a little fun, OK?

That defense was in the top 5 in the league and though we didnt dominate them, we had very good success moving for over 300 yards on them in a wind storm! I think, especially for this offense, it was a very impressive showing. Dont let the haters get you too riled up with their nonsense. The season is still young and we are only 3 games out of a wild card spot with 11 games to go! Hopefully this will be the beginning of a little momentum, if we somehow pull of a road win against another great defense with a suspect offense next week the schedule gets a little easier (IMHO) and we might just get to .500 before you know it!
