Hit + Run w/ Lynch's Car

I concur. Man this country is in some serious trouble

True. That was my point. The "Greatest Generation" surely had their "Zoot Suits." I am not promoting violence or racial tension... But man, have we as a nation really come a long way since the World War II days and the Zoot Suit riots...

Put much of the past historical ugliness aside... There is a reason why we ended on top in the previous WW...

We are in some really serious trouble!

Several staff members of a nearby bar tell us they saw a woman lying in the street for approximately 15 minutes, but they say the woman eventually got up under her own power and walked to an awaiting ambulance.

WTF? Is this something wrong in visioning how this played out? 15 minutes? Awaiting?

:unsure::blink:

Amazing isn't it. How can they know that "she" was laid out for 15 minutes without somehow witnessing the event??

Snitches watch out!!! Looks like she had her "15 minutes" on her back

The Bills are now the official high character team everyone was hoping for. We only draft the best of the best when it comes to character!

Hahahahahahahaa

Interesting that the two players the Bills have drafted over the past two years who had potenital "character issues" coming out of school have made headlines for us.

I doubt anything will become of this. Even if Marshawn was driving, somebody will make some money to say they were driving and take the heat.

Maybe and maybe not..........but

Isn't a hit and run with injury a felony in New York State? What if there's a witness involved who will say Lynch was driving and also seen him drinking at the bar that night before the accident? The boy can be in some serious ass trouble today.

That's my biggest issue with the story. Why didn't the paramedics help her to the ambulance sooner. Were they just standing there with the doors open going "come on lady, we ain't got all night"? Where's the outcry for that?

What we know is that she was able to walk to the ambulance. Think about it; how do you get "struck" by a car but suffer no serious injuries? I'd say at best she was "struck" by the sideview mirror as she approached the car and it sped away, and possibly that she wasn't struck at all. Should the driver still have gotten out to check on her? Sure.

That's my first thought Ray.

Why have a posse and not be able to blame things on one of them when the sh-- hits the fan.

He's got to have some hanger-on, leach, who can return him a favor for an agreed upon eventual payday.

Seriously, though, let's see what develops before passing judgment. At this point we don't even know if Marshawn was driving the car.

wow.

if this was somebody on the pats we'd be asking for his head and declaring an NFL consipracy that he wasn't suspended already.

It should be noted that at the time in question 3:30 am on a saturday its impossible to move through that intersection at any pace other than a crawl. At first I was pretty peeved to have woken up to this news but upon considering that notion, which anyone whos ever been out late downtown can attest to, Im not so worried anymore. I doubt that felony charges will arise from this. Clearly its not a good thing in any way and must patiently await more details but

1-we are all worried about marshawn being drunk etc etc. but if this "woman" was out on a sat. night at 3:30 she was probably well wasted herself. her recollection could be heavily suspect.

2-Additionally she may have only been grazed by the vehicle as mentioned above at a very low speed. Some !@#$ probably saw this occur or she overreacted and someone called an ambulance, I know from experience where I work(patrons seem to always be in need of emergency medical assistance) that sometimes EMS shows up after things have already come under control but they like to take you to the hospital and stuff anyhow to make sure everythign is ok.

Im going to stop rambling now......but look at leonard little, he killed a lady while DWIing(can I make that a verb?) and sufferred minor penalties so I dont think we're looking at a pacman/vick situation with marshawn here. Hopefully things work out and this is enough to scare marshawn (and possibly his entourage) into thinking before they act next time.

Well, I don't know if you'd say Whitner had any character concerns, but if you want to count him, we'd be batting 3 for 3

I was thinking the same thing about the 15 min. Who the F just sits and watches someone lay in the street for 15 minutes after being hit by a car. Seriously!

"Police spokesman Michael J. DeGeorge said it is unclear who was driving the car, which struck a woman at Delaware Avenue and Chippewa Street about 3:30 a. m., or if Lynch was in the car."

Exactly what part of that don't you understand? I simply suggested the "Lynch mob" should wait until we know what happened.
