C'mon...seriously Rock?

Seriously. I figured he meant strippers, but sometimes when there are strippers there are also various types of back room raffles.

Not too long ago, someone brought up some chit that happened decades ago, that should have been forgotten or at least kept in the vault, but was still causing arguments!! :D

Go figure.

Went to one of the "establishments" north of the border after my buddy's bachelor party. The "entertainer" came over and said hello, I said "This is my friend he's getting married." Expecting her to offer a dance, she looked down at me and said "Wow congratulations, would you like to buy him a BJ?" :D

:D:P Thats awesome, I would have probably laughed my arse off at the "entertainer" gave my buddy a high five, and tell him to let me know if she swallows.

Actually, it amazes me that there are women out there would would actually want to marry zevo and stevestojan in the first place.

:D

I believe the reason we are just hearing of thses marriages is the recent CA ruling! :D

buffalo is the only place where i have heard of a "stag" party. Is this common elsewhere?

the whole concept of buying tickets, and having the groom leave with a bunch of money is foreign to me.

I'm used to maybe 10 or 15 close friends getting together for the day or weekend and hanging out. Stag parties are generally bigger, right?

Forget the strippers. You should have a good time with the poker, a little beverage, sing-alongs and good conversation. You can do without strippers and rely on the circle jerk and the thing with the goat.

SING ALONGS???

Then maybe we can head down to the five and dime, pick up some soda pops and get our dance cards punched!

Holy quotation marks Batman....Well did you hook your buddy up? And actually that's what I thought the original poster meant by entertainment. I thought he was talking about an escort service, with extras, not an establishment. I'm a "firm" believer in strippers at a stag, lose the deposit!!!!

Not only that, but if she's making that offer you gotta pony up the dough for your boy. That's a bachelor party man-law right there.

So I am gettng married in August and my best man (brother) decided to go with a place taht we are familiar with and have attended a few bachelor parties at. So he booked the place and put down a deposit. A few weeks go by and we fnd out the place no longer allows "entertainment". So my question is do we forget aboutt his place and look elsewhere (losing our deposit) our do we bite the bullet and have a party without the "entertainment". My brother doesnt feel its necessary as we would have a great time regardless. I personal really wanted it but i could live without it. I have never been to one without it. Is it lame to not have it? Ths probably would be better served as a poll.

Just arrange for the father in law to be taken care of.Its traditional for him to get 'firsts' from the lovely entertainers. It can be discreet--she could just happen to be at the hotel.....

My stag (August 16th) will have no strippers. Not one of the bachelor parties my close friends and I have held/attended in the last several years have. Its a waste of time and money. We like to booze so damn much that the strippers actually get ignored (my buddy Lenny's party was the last one to have strippers -- the strippers were neglected). Go ahead and call me a fag, or whatever else, but honestly, I'd much rather have a day full of boozin and cooking out with my friends (I'm expecting roughly 100 people at mine, which will be held outside) rather than a smoke filled room with dirty strippers in it. If I was 19... hell yes. But now? I'll pass.

Obviously, somebody has been brainwashed by their significant other! Man, what are the chicks putting in the water today?

:D

What I don't get is why you can't get your deposit back. The company changed its policy and you booked the party with an expectation that can no longer be met. To me it's like if I made a reservation at a steak house and they suddenly decided they were going to only serve vegetarian food.
