John Blutarsky Posted May 23, 2008 Share Posted May 23, 2008 Is it possible that the agents would demand a higher cut if they didn't have the automatic 1st round windfall, and are using that to keep Upshaw advocating for the current system? Agents only get whatever the client agrees to pay them, you don't have to have an agent at all.
