Would Ralph open the wallet? No matter how much Dan Snyder spends, I have every confidence in hin putting together a fantasy football roster that still can't do better than 7-9.
Steely Dan Posted May 20, 2008 Posted May 20, 2008 teams aren't spending to the cap now. by 2010, the cap will be so high nobody will be close to it, especailly owners looking to control player salaries. What makes negotiations a lot easier is that they only need to extend the agreement to December 21st 2012.
