I wasn't addressing what I typed, I was talking about the info in the website. What our local school system does is much more strict than what is proposed in the article. That I have no problem with. Thats a lot different that the kid who gets a 15. Ultimately, it comes down to the fact that the pussification of america is growing. Everyone's kid is special. That "statistic" only makes sense if you learned math from Holcomb's Arm. You don't pick grades out of a hat.
