ExiledInIllinois Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 NEWSFLASH: The Jets suck! Maybe they should stop taping. Anyway, they should investigate the whole league... Independent from the league.
Beerball Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 Anyway, they should investigate the whole league... Independent from the league. Your wish is our command!
PromoTheRobot Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 Specter, from Pennsylvania, cited the fact a Patriots attorney sat in on Walsh's meeting with Goodell as proof the investigation has not been impartial. Every independent impartial investigation has an attorney from the party being investigated sitting next to witnesses. And they wonder why this won't die? PTR
Adam Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 Lets remember that in their first superbowl run, if they had lost one more game, they don't win the superbowl because they wouldn't have made playoffs at all. It is amazing how they brought in a bunch of players that year that were laughed at, and suddenly became world beaters. Maybe the guys that REALLY need to be investigated are named Goodell and Tagliabue.
Steely Dan Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 http://myespn.go.com/blogs/hashmarks/0-7-1...ed-as-well.html Mangenius is a Bellysick disciple. Your wish is our command! Too Cool!!

Johnny Coli Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 http://myespn.go.com/blogs/hashmarks/0-7-1...ed-as-well.html News flash, troll. We've heard these juvenile "Everybody does it" excuses for nine months now. No one is buying your crap, and only one team has been caught and punished. One.
ExiledInIllinois Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 Here he is: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?p...gr&GRid=600 He cleaned up baseball in 1919... Maybe we can bring him back from the dead? Just reading in ESPN The Mag a little tidbit on how the Cubs supposedly threw the 1918 World Series against the BoSox... Point? Things always go deeper and what you see on the surface is the tip of the iceberg. Point 2? Haved someone around that isn't afraid to go after famous figures.
