Steely Dan Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 Not much info on the link........... http://msn.foxsports.com/mlb/story/8135732?MSNHPHMA Bonds originally was charged with four counts of perjury and one count of obstruction of justice last Nov. 15, but U.S. District Judge Susan Illston ordered prosecutors on Feb. 29 to rework the indictment so that each charge alleged only one lie rather than lumping several alleged falsehoods into single counts. Looks like the Bonds market is falling.
Steely Dan Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 I thought 3-2 was as full a count as you could get. You thought he had three balls?
Bmwolf21 Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 Maybe someone could forward a copy of these articles to Don Fehr, who said the MLBPA is going to "look into" why Bonds was still unemployed at this point in the season and hasn't received any offers.
shrader Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 They can actually break up each lie into separate charges? That seems like a cheap move to me, just a way to increase the odds of getting someone.
/dev/null Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 You thought he had three balls? Confucius say baseball all wrong. Man with 4 balls can not walk When they throw Barry into the slammer with cellmate Mike Vick, who's going to be on top?
