Corp000085 Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 without the booze at this point... KILLER block on that moulds catch by the way
BillsGuyInMalta Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 Ewwwwww, why is Joe Burns in the game?
BillsGuyInMalta Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 Yeah! Thats right! My criticism of Joe Burns totally made him get that 1st down. That was all me baby
DevilsAlum Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 Where WM reminds me of TT is his ability to get yards after contact, turning negative plays in to positive yardage
VABills Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 No. Thurman is a hall of fame back. He did everything great. Do not ever compare Willis to Thurman.

DevilsAlum Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 No way.Willis doen't impress me much. 72977 He certainly looked better than Travis has this season

Do not ever compare Willis to Thurman. 72965 VA.... A little unfair to say "ever" dont you think? I loved Thurman Thomas....a special back who def deserved the hall of fame....but can we please remember that he ran behind an all pro line? Thurman would run for 5 yards before he was touched....take a look at the stat where how many yards WM is getting AFTER HE IS HIT....... I am not ready to compare then now......but I reserve future judgement
Corp000085 Posted October 17, 2004 Author Posted October 17, 2004 not to start a war, but i just meant today. willis reminds me of thurman today. the way he'd get hit before the first down and wiggle through the pile to go 2 yards after the first down. that's all i meant. Thurman's still the best back with a living wife in bills history.
Rico Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 He's definitely a winner like Thurman! GO WILLIS!!!
Fla Bills Fan Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 If he stays healthy I think Willis may be one of the all time greats. He has more power than Thurman, and deceptive speed.
